How It Works
Reset assessments are not cognitive tests. They are attitude assessments that employ the following four-step process.
- Assess with rapid, variable length assessments of the attitudes, opinions, and beliefs identified in the research as behavioral determinants utilizing advanced Item Response Theory methods for assessment construction and scoring.
- Diagnose change needs and the root causes of failures to change based on widely accepted theories and models of the psychosocial determinants of behavior.
- Classify using Bayesian methods utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques for developing and maintaining profiles for diagnostic categories.
- Match to curated resources for interventions to address root causes of change fail.
The assessments are organized into packages, which are themselves organized into themes.
When you purchase a package, you receive:
- A set of core assessments, which explore the areas in which you may be having problems,
- A set of root cause assessments for each core assessment6 flagged as a problem area, and
- A report summarizing the problem areas identified, the root causes identified, and recommended resources for addressing them.
Packages can be purchased individually, or all of the packages in a theme can be purchased as a bundle at a discount.
